Sometimes You Just Need Guidance
From 6 to 18 years old, I played sports in almost every season and enjoyed everything from Wrestling to Tennis. I loved the camaraderie of being on teams, competing against others and I particularly enjoyed practice as I was able to improve my skills one day at a time. Once I began college, I started going to the gym regularly and tasted the sweet nectar of what it feels like to work on strength and cardio.
Shortly after my schooling.. I began to prioritize partying over exercise. This came to a stop when I was diagnosed with ADHD and one of my lifelong friends began to teach me the ways of a holistic approach to fitness and living a healthier lifestyle. Through this process, I became greatly inspired to help others the same way my brother Kyle helped me. After going through a full transformation myself, I enrolled in the International Sports Science Association's Personal Training course. Upon passing the certification, I took my personal training online since almost all public gyms were shut down worldwide because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
To dive deeper into my passion of helping others through science backed fitness and habit coaching, I enrolled in the American Council on Exercise's Personal Training and Group Fitness Instructor courses. Since then, I have had the honor of working with many individuals that have had a strong desire to take their long term health seriously.
